Frequently Asked Questions

You can check the status of your manuscript by logging into the submission portal with your author credentials and navigating to the "Submissions" tab. There you'll find a list of all your submissions and their current status. If you need further clarification on the status, please contact author support.

To update your account information, log into the submission portal and click on "My Account" or "Profile" in the top navigation menu. From there, you can edit your personal details, contact information, expertise keywords, and password. Don't forget to save your changes before leaving the page.

If you're experiencing issues uploading your manuscript files, please try the following steps:
  1. Ensure your files are in the accepted formats (PDF, DOC, DOCX, etc.)
  2. Check that your files don't exceed the maximum size limit (typically 20MB per file)
  3. Try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache
  4. If you're using a slow internet connection, wait for the upload to complete
If the problem persists, please contact our technical support team with details about the issue, including any error messages you received.

To request an extension for your review deadline, log into the submission portal with your reviewer credentials and navigate to your assigned manuscript. Look for the "Request Extension" link or button. If you don't see this option, please email our reviewer support team with your request, including the manuscript ID and your preferred new deadline. Extension requests should be made before the original deadline expires.

If you've forgotten your login details, visit the login page and click on "Send Login Details." Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you instructions to recover your account.
